View and track all information regarding gifts cards with Access Gift Cards.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Orders > Main Menu > Gift Cards. Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Orders > Gift Cards > Access Gift Cards |
Select a Status of Open, Closed or All.
Sort by
Search the Access Gift Cards list by selecting any field available in the Sort by: drop down menu located in the upper right corner of the window. Select a sort order of Asc or Desc to re-order the list. Enter a search value in field to the right if needed.
- ID- displays the Gift Card ID and sorts numerically
- Date Opened- indicates the date the card was issued and sorts numerically
- Open TTR- sorts numerically
- Open Amount- sorts numerically
- Balance- sorts numerically
Select 
to expand all Gift Card information to display transaction information.
When needed, select 
to hide the transaction information.
ID displays the ID number of the gift card.
Date Opened indicates the date the card was activated and an opening amount entered.
Open TTR records the Transaction Tracking Record for the activation of the Gift Card.
Open Amount is the Amount initially entered for the Gift Card.
Balance displays the Current balance available to settle orders.
Expanded Information
All transactions regarding a gift card are tracked and recorded.
Date of the Transaction
The Transaction Type displayed include
- Card Activation Request - Activation of the card
- Card Balance Request - Verify available card balance
- Redeem Request - Card used to settle an order
- Add Value Request - Additional funds added to the card
- Card Re-issue Request - Re-activate the card
- Card De-activation with Refund - Deactivate the card and refund any balance.
TTR displays the Transaction Tracking Record for transactions.
Invoice - Order number where settled with the gift card.
Customer ID of who settled an order with the gift card.
Amount of the transaction.
